    We are looking for a talented and experienced PA to join our team! Your role is to provide direct support to our CEO. The ideal candidate must have minimum 3 years experience working as a Personal Assistant and especially has experience supporting at the board level. As the first point of contact for our CEO, you'll have a wide range of responsibilities, which includes dealing with day-to-day external communications. The scope of this role is extensive; it offers great opportunities where you can explore and fulfil untapped potential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Diary and calendar management
    • Organize frequent travel arrangements, including flight and accommodation booking, and ground transport
    • Coordinate travel visas and other travel documents
    • Coordinate and manage client entertainment and outings for Partners
    • Provide efficient administrative support to our CEO and occasionally to other members of the team, including assisting with client correspondences and administration tasks
    • Support our CEO in preparing quality documents and presentations
    • Process expense claims and billing, including the preparation of expense invoices to our global firm on behalf of the team
    • Liaising with clients and their PAs to develop and maintain ongoing relationships
    • Champion internal initiatives
    • Provide communication and support to the wider team, including the management of agendas, minute taking and other documentation for meetings and conference calls
    • This will include coordination and planning of structured, eg. monthly global meetings across time zones

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Travel and diary management experience is essential
    • Experience of supporting at board level is essential
    • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Google Docs
    • Flexible approach to working
    • Ability to be outgoing and confident in their interaction with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
    • A fast learner with exceptional organisational skills and ability to multitask
